  20.      I seem to be getting a larger number of questions about depression these
  21. days than usual, and so have been searching for a source of information to
  22. help you.  And my quest has been rewarded.  The brochure is called
  23. "Depression-Effective Treatments are Available" and it was developed for the
  24. DEPRESSION Awareness Recognition and Treatment (D/ART) program.  D/ART is a
  25. professional and public education program sponsored by the National Institute
  26. of Mental Health (NIMH) in collaboration with private organizations and
  27. citizens.  The brochure is prepared in a concise, easy to understand format
  28. and will also provide you with an order form for additional free government
  29. publications about depression.  To request your free copy simply call the toll
  30. free number 1-800-421-4211.  Follow the instructions of the recorded message,
  31. and you will receive your copy in the matter of a few weeks.  (This is not a
  32. hotline, and can only be used to request publications.)  There are two
  33. publications available, one on depression and another on Panic Attacks, and
  34. both are yours for a single toll free call.  It doesn't get much easier than
  35. this.
